Ingredients: 3 whole eggs Red Pepper Tomato Spinach Mushrooms Red Onion 60g ham 20g of cheese (optional)  *** Whisk together 3 eggs and until combined and fluffy.  Chop up your vegetables and lightly fry for 5-10 minutes, remove and place in a bowl.  Spray the pan with some 1 cal spray and add the eggs.
