Not so long ago we had 4 pregnant ladies training in absolute and over the years we have had many more.
Every one of them have had different experiences, some could do almost everything and went right up to the end, some had to stop after 5/6 months.
There is no correct path, just the correct one for you!
You can never compare yourself to others when it comes to training during pregnancy, you really have to listen to your body and communicate with your trainer and doctor/midwife.
Miriam comes to class 2-3 a week, she feels good so she keeps coming!
The important thing to understand is that it’s ok to train during pregnancy, it’s important that everything you do is something you’re used to and if in doubt stop and ask if what you’re doing is ok.
