EARLY RISERS

Get your day off to a flying start with our "Early Risers" classes.

These 7am classes are ideal for anyone looking to kickstart their day, featuring a wide range of different workouts, ensuring each session is exciting and inspiring.

TIMES:

7 am on Tuesday.

7 am on Thursday.

FIT45

Varied, challenging and intense; our Fit45 classes will see you hitting your fitness targets in no time.

Fit45 is a full body workout, using both weighted and body weight exercises. As you move from station to station throughout the class, you will constantly strive to reach new levels of strength, speed and stamina.

TIMES: 

9.30am, 1pm and 5.30pm on Monday.

5.30pm on Tuesday.

6.30pm on Wednesday.

5.30pm on Thursday.

9.30am and 1pm on Friday.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells are one of the core elements of our training philosophy at Absolute Health & Fitness.

These compact, easy to hold weights, can be used in countless different ways, to create interesting and dynamic strength based exercises. Due to their versatility, our Kettlebell sessions are always a challenge, and never a bore.

TIMES: 

6.30pm on Monday.

9.30am, 1pm and 5.30pm on Wednesday.

6.30pm on Thursday.

10.30am on Saturday.

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums)

For many people, the main focus for coming to the gym is to lose fat in specific areas such as their legs, bums and tummies. We have designed this class specifically to do just that.

Our 45 minute class is split into 3 sections working specifically on each of those areas.

6.30pm on Tuesday.

BOXFIT

Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout that is high energy and high intensity. The class includes footwork, abdominal exercises and boxing drills designed to encourage fitness and toning.
