Chicken Salads are often boring and bland but with a little prepartion and some good choices you can make it really tasty!
Chicken Salad Bowl
150g Chicken
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
1 Grated Carrot
1/2 Red onion
1/2 an Avocado
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Lemon Juice

Flatten out your chicken breast and season with some chicken seasoning.
Fry the chicken breast using 1 cal spray and some chicken seasoning until the fillet is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking prepare the remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss in the olive oil and lemon juice.
