Enjoy a delisious bowl or porridge at any time of the day, use your imagination to mix it up but here is a nice quick and simple way for those busy mornings!
Summer Porridge
40g Porridge oats
20g Mixed seeds
100g Mixed berries
Tbsp of honey
Cook the oats using your preferred cooking method, I like to use the microwave.
Mix 1 part oats to 2 parts water and microwave for 2 minutes.
Top with the remaining ingredients.
