Fish and Chips

1 fillet of hake
1 large potato
1 egg
breadcrumbs
plain flour
greek yogurt
gerkin
salt and pepper to season

Peel and chop the potatoes into chips. Toss in a small drop of olive oil and place on a baking tray. Place in a preheated oven until cooked through and golden on the outside. Roughly 20-25 minutes.
Dip the hake in some flour, egg and then breadcrumbs (season the breadcrumbs with some salt and pepper).
Fry in some coconut oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
For the sauce, mix 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt with some chopped gerkin.
Plate up and serve.
