I used to hate meal prep companies, I couldn’t understand why someone would pay a stupid amount of money for some bland, boring meals when you could make your own for a fraction of the price.
But I have to take it all back, well kinda.
At the time it made sense because I didn’t need them and they were bland and boring but now they’re soooo much better and realistically if you factor in the time, effort and cost of ingredients there isn’t a whole pile of difference when it comes to the cost.
Plus, they’re super convenient.
Honestly, even time I do a consultation with a client without fail they will tell me they struggle to prepare food in advance either because they don’t have time or they just have developed that habit yet.
Purchasing a few meals a week from a meal prep company can solve that problem.
The funny thing is, I always get an odd reaction when I suggest them yet people are happy to eat out for lunch, get a takeaway or go out for dinner on the weekends.
To me it makes zero sense to have a solution to a problem in front of yet you don’t use that solution.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not suggesting you eat 3 meals a day for a plastic container, what I’m suggesting is if you struggle with a particular meal for what ever reason this option could both ease the tummy and the mind.
If you find yourself making poor choices for lunch or maybe it’s dinner you struggle with then I suggest you give one a try.
Anyway I’m sure there are others but here are 3 that I know of
