Ingredients:
150g Chicken
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Grated Carrot
Red onion
1⁄2 an Avocado
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Method:
Flatten out your chicken breast and season with some chicken seasoning.
Fry the chicken breast using 1 cal spray until the fillet is cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking prepare the remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss in the olive oil and lemon juice
