The Sauce

Tin of Tomatoes

1 Red Pepper

2 Onions

2 Cloves of Garlic

Thumb of Ginger

2 tbsp of Curry Powder/Paste 

Fry all the above ingredients in a deep pan for 10 minutes, add about 100ml of water a boil for 30 minutes, blend once cooled. 

You can freeze some of the sauce for another day.

The Curry 

On a frying pan cook some onions, peppers, baby corn and green beans, after 5 minutes add 150g of fish (or chicken), after 2-3 minutes add some sauce, the amount is dependent on how many portions you want to make as the sauce recipe is enough for 5. 

Serve with 50g of rice
