Ingredients :
150g of fresh prawns
1⁄2 an Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Mixed Salad leaves
1 tbsp Olive oil
Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Method :
On a hot pan fry your prawns for about 2 minutes, prawns cook super quick so make sure you have the rest of your salad assembled and dressed with the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
Remove from the pan and add to your salad finishing with a nice squeeze of lemon.
