FIT45

Varied, challenging and intense; our Fit45 classes will see you hitting your fitness targets in no time.

Fit45 is a full body workout, using both weighted and body weight exercises. As you move from station to station throughout the class, you will constantly strive to reach new levels of strength, speed and stamina.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells are one of the core elements of our training philosophy at Absolute Health & Fitness.

These compact, easy to hold weights, can be used in countless different ways, to create interesting and dynamic strength based exercises. Due to their versatility, our Kettlebell sessions are always a challenge, and never a bore.
